Goals365 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

01Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Goals365 ("Platform", "We", "Goals365") regarding your use of the goals365.my website and all services provided therein.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the Goals365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using Goals365 immediately.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy Goals365, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and Goals365.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use Goals365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a lawful permanent resident of Malaysia.
• Not prohibited by Malaysian law or any relevant jurisdiction from participating in online betting activities.
• Not currently on Goals365's self-exclusion list or any recognised gambling exclusion programme.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Goals365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other official documents. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

03Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Goals365 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, bank account number, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per your Malaysian identity card.
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• An active and reachable email address.
• Date of birth (for age verification).
• A strong, unique password for your Goals365 account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Goals365 username and password. Goals365 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, please contact the Goals365 support team immediately.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Goals365 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Goals365 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposits and withdrawals.
• GrabPay – instant deposits and withdrawals.
• DuitNow – instant bank transfer.
• Boost – instant deposits.
• ShopeePay – instant deposits.
• FPX (Online Banking) – including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and more.

The transaction limits applicable at Goals365 are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: RM 30,000 per transaction (subject to payment method limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM 50,000 per day for fully verified accounts.

Withdrawal requests on Goals365 are processed within 10 to 30 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Goals365 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing by up to 5 business days if a security or compliance review is required.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Goals365 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly rebates, and special promotions tied to major sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League final, EPL, Thomas & Uber Cup, and more.

All Goals365 bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and rollover requirements. The general conditions applicable to all Goals365 bonuses are:

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirement.
• Rollover requirements are typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus validity is 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be used at a time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Goals365 reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Bets placed before a bonus is credited do not count towards the rollover requirement.

06Betting & Gaming

Goals365 offers a wide range of betting categories and games for Malaysian players, including Sports Betting (football, badminton, tennis, e-sports, and more), Live Casino, lottery, jackpot, slots, and virtual sports. All confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed.

The general betting rules at Goals365 are as follows:

• The minimum bet is RM 1 and the maximum varies depending on the event type and market.
• All odds displayed on Goals365 are in decimal format by default.
• Bets placed after an event has started are only valid if confirmed by the Goals365 system within the stipulated timeframe.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be returned to your account balance.
• In the event of a manifest odds error, Goals365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to the players.
• Goals365 uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) across all casino and slot games to ensure fair and random outcomes.

07Prohibited Conduct

Goals365 players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Registering or operating more than one Goals365 account.
• Using false personal information or another person's identity.
• Systematic bonus exploitation (bonus abuse or bonus hunting).
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Initiating a chargeback or unauthorised transaction reversal after funds have been used for wagering.
• Sharing or transferring account balances to other members without Goals365's authorisation.

Goals365 employs a sophisticated fraud detection system and continuously monitors all account activity. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Goals365 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to verify identity within the required timeframe.
• Self-exclusion request by the member.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the Goals365 support team via email at support@goals365.my. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled according to standard rules and any eligible balance will be returned to the member.

09Limitation of Liability

Goals365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet or technical disruptions beyond Goals365's control.
• Valid betting or game outcomes that did not go in the player's favour.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Goals365 platform.

Goals365's total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Goals365 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Any personal information you provide to Goals365 will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Member account management and verification.
• Processing deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Provision of customer support services.
• Sending promotional communications and platform updates (with your consent).
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
